The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank transfers may take up to 10 minutes during high-traffic periods.
toto11 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees which are beyond our control.
Withdrawals can be requested to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification.

Attempting to withdraw funds without meeting the minimum turnover requirement will result in the withdrawal request being denied.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, or "palpable error" (e.g., odds displayed incorrectly due to a system glitch), toto11 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Decisions regarding palpable errors are made at toto11's sole discretion and are final.
All sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the governing body of the respective sport. If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets may be voided or carried forward depending on the specific sport's rules. Detailed sports betting rules are available in our FAQ section.
Togel bets are settled based on the official draw results published by the respective market operators (Singapore Pools for Togel SGP, Hong Kong Jockey Club for Togel HK, etc.). Sabung ayam results are determined by the official arena referee decision. Live casino game outcomes are determined by the live dealer and recorded video footage. In all cases, toto11's recorded result is final.

In the event of account termination for violation of these terms, toto11 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance and outstanding winnings. In cases of termination for inactivity, remaining funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to a withdrawal processing fee of Rp 50,000 to cover administrative costs.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules, with the arbitration seated in a neutral jurisdiction mutually agreed upon by the parties.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
